Happy Valentine’s Day, everyone. Are you having a good day? It’s sunny where I am, and even though my loved one is not on hand (and Mr A not standing in, either 😉 ), I am in top mood. A few new pictures of RA, fresh from the Berlinale – thanks to Nimue, who pointed out the link over in the comments on Armitage Agonistes, bright sunshine outside, and the daffodils in my window box in full, yellow glory 🌼. Mood boost!
Now, I hope to make the day for one of you in particular. The raffle is done, and Randompicker has just identified the winner for me. Congratulations to… *drumroll*

Meine kreative Tochter hat mich heute Abend mit der Entscheidung beglückt, Captain America sehen zu wollen und mich dazu aufs Sofa gebeten. Hab gleich zugesagt – man lässt sich ja keine Gelegenheit entgehen, Richie zu sehen. Hinter der Hornbrille hat Töchterlein Richie allerdings gar nicht erkannt und deswegen auch nicht die sonst üblichen “Seufz- und Stöhngeräusche” gemacht, mit denen sie mich immer ärgert…

Ich hab mich gerade von “Spooks” losgerissen. Die Vernunft siegt – der Mensch braucht Schlaf. (Er sieht so viel besser aus in “Spooks”. Er wäre auch dem Töchterchen nicht entgangen. Aber besorgniserregend dünn – frau möchte sich gleich kümmern…)

Ja, in den ersten Spocks-Folgen hatte er sich ja total runtergehungert, damit er den 8 Jahre im russischen Gefängnis eingesperrten Spion auf gewohnte Method-Acting-Art auch glaubhaft darstellen konnte. Mein Gott, die Rippen… Da will man sich gleich warm drumrum legen und den armen Mann mit Liebe wieder aufpäppeln *grins*

Ich ernte ja auch gerne mal sachte Herablassung. Umso mehr musste ich dann grinsen, als ich so beiläufig erfuhr, dass sie bei Jungs aus ihrer Klasse in irgendeinem Zusammenhang so nebenbei erwähnte, dass sie den Thorin live in London gesehen hat 😂 Das ruft dann bei mir sachte Genugtuung hervor. 🙂
Aber Mr. Hornbrille ist wirklich auch zu perfekt getarnt ;-). Das taugt nicht so wirklich als Einstiegsdroge für das willige Fangirl.

Ich habe Captain America völlig unwissend vor Jahr und Tag gesehen und mir fiel dabei niemand besonders ins Auge. Das “Schätzchen” war als solches nicht zu erkennen.
“Iron Man” war da schon eher nach meinem Geschmack.
Aber bei “Spooks” sieht man ihm jedes einzelne der acht Gefängnisjahre an. Die Wangenknochen kommen richtig raus und die Augen liegen tief in den Höhlen, was den Blick irgendwie noch brennender macht. Und dann das ganze Elend mit der treulosen Ex und ein Foltertrauma hat er auch noch… hach – kaum auszuhalten!
Außerdem muss ich derartig an seinen Lippen hängen, weil die blöde DVD keine Untertitel hat (schwache Leistung) und das Agentenmurmelenglisch wirklich eine harte Nuss für mich ist. Auf Deutsch kann ich es aber höchsten einmal anschauen – schrecklich ausdruckslose Stimme! Sehr fesselnd!
