Hello darlings – yet again, a delayed round-up. You wouldn’t guess where I am writing this! I am sitting in the airport, waiting for my flight, and boyohboy – Germany is getting the wi-fi issue sorted! One hour of free wi-fi available! Uh-mazing! Using it to compile my round-up for you, since Little Miss Bling is handy in my bag. I’ve had a few autumn days at home, and by and large things went pretty smoothly. I had to work while I was home, but despite spending time on the internet, I didn’t really have the opportunity to compile the round-up as I usually would. Apologies. Oh, I see what you mean. However, I don’t think it is only an RPF issue but also the fact that fan fic doesn’t seem to be that much of a controversial topic anymore. Or maybe that is just me…?

no, I think the issue is that three years ago it was tabu even to fantasize out loud that Armitage was not in a straight relationship.

Not in this fandom. Even on A03 there was hardly any Armitage slash, half the stories were subscriber locked, and a lot of them disappeared after the writers got attacked. You can look at the comments on the posts I wrote about Armitage slash fantasies — people who are still around and whom we know were extremely hostile at that time.

Well, I understand about RPF slash, but there was a good bit of character slash. Robin Hood fan fic was full of it. But yeah, it seems that there is more variety of ideas and ships out there now.

Schade: Jassys Tumblr-Einstellungen. – Vielleicht kannst du sie mal fragen, ob das Absicht oder ein Programm-Problem (d.h. ihr gar nicht bewusst) ist? Wenn ich nicht völlig falsch liege, ist sie doch Jazzbaby, oder? Ihr Non-WP-Blog war zum Beispiel auch offen (und ich fand den durchaus lesenswert, so weit ich folgen konnte – was nicht immer sehr weit war), und ich weiß nicht, warum sie ihren Tumblr beschränken sollte.

Jou, ich habe LLL auch nicht live gesehen – aber man liest ja genug Kritiken usw. Habe jetzt aber hier den Text des Dramas vorliegen und kann mir das mal durchlesen.
Serv hat ja schon bestätigt, dass Jassy und Jazzbaby nicht dieselbe Person sind. Tut mir leid, dass die Links nicht für alle funktionieren – das sind ihre persönlichen Einstellungen.

Jou, das kann ich gut verstehen, dass dir ein Tumblr-Account gerade noch fehlt ;-). Genau deswegen gibt’s ja auch den wöchentlichen Round-up. Mir war bisher auch gar nicht bekannt, dass man die Tumblr-Blogs sozusagen privat einstellen kann.
Oh, hehe, morgen – hab ich schon fast vergessen. In meinem Alter ist das ja nicht mehr so der Freu-Anlass 😉
