#FlatRichie Goes Transatlantic – Again

Instead of the Saturday round-up, here is the latest update on the whereabouts of the most elusive of all Richies – the Flat version with his cardboard entourage. The latest news have come in, and here is a quick geographical overview:

All those crisscrossing red lines are getting a bit difficult to interpret, so I’ll disclose that Flat Richie has made it across the Atlantic once again, and stopped on the East coast of the US. But hey, what am I saying and writing – today I have got something really special for you. A proper premiere. The recipient is no other than Michele who has actually chosen to talk to you directly. Look at this:

How is that for hi tech Richie-blogging? Michele has also enclosed a couple of pictures with her chosen goodies.

Thank you for giving us such a fun and personal insight into Flat Richie’s whereabouts, Michele! I can only agree – it is really nice to put a face to the name, and I was certainly smiling while I was watching you talk to me. Many thanks for the video and for taking part!

Michele informs me that the parcel is already on its way again, so the next recipient can already look forward to some fun coming her way. Who could it be? And where is the parcel going??? Well, I’m saying nothing. Watch out for the next instalment of the series to find out more 😉

PS: Weekly round-up moved to tomorrow!

      • I am the least techie of all your readers and commenters but you and a certain someone else inspired me but I look like a Mad Max truck ran over me several times! I was wearing make up too but no filters for me!! What you see is what you get!! I think acting is not remotely in my future🤣🤣🤣🤣

        • Ah, stop putting yourself down, Michele. I loved listening to you, your accent and the way you expressed yourself. Top marks for no filters – I don’t think anyone needs them. But ok, I have always been a follower of the “warts and all” school of portrait photography. Because they are part of us, too. Anyhow, you showed us a friendly, lovely face, and I am glad you didn’t act but were just yourself!

  2. Fab video Michele! Nice to hear your voice too 😊 nice choices, IM glad you took the photo, even though he’s a bit sinister looking, I would get told off if I had that by my bedside! It’s bad enough that when my OH woke up that I was chattering about the potential new film (he’s read quit a few novels by that author so thought it was of interest! Lol)

  4. Boy it looks like Flat Richie is becoming Transatlantic Richie! What a cool itinerary he’s been assigned. It was lovely to meet Michele (what a nice video) and she made some great choices. This has been a brilliant and fun fandom project, G. Can’t wait for the next stop. ❤️xx

  5. Love the video and, to echo others, it’s great to put a face to a name. It’s exciting watching Flat Richies journey and items chosen. Wherever will be visit next?

  6. Wow Michele. I am in awe of you, putting yourself on camera. It would take a couple of facelifts and forgiving lighting for me to put my face out there. Well done. Love your choices. I am starting to worry that my contributions might be a little underwhelming. Flat Richie might deflate further in disappointment.

    • Showing my face wouldn’t be a problem for me, but I think I’d be shy on video mainly for my English (I read, write and listen a lot, but I rarely have the chance to speak it)

  8. Nice video and as said by others it is good to have a face and voice to a person. I don’t have a good opinion of my belle allure and I struggle all day with my hair, so there are no photos or videos of me. I admire you to be so brave.
It is really interesting to follow Flat Richies way, much more than some series, hehe, and to get to know where all the lovely fans are at home

  9. Thumbs up for you Michele👍! What a great idea to do a video! It´s so nice to have face and a voice to that lovely commenter 😘. And Proctor is definetely a great choice. I totally understand your reasons, no better sight to wake up or fall asleep with.
