True to his word, Richard put in an appearance at the airport and is on his way again. Photographer “The Hunter” has posted some preliminary pictures from the back of his/her camera.
I have to say it is really sweet being met with these pictures as I get up in the morning.
When he arrived last week, Richard had his suitcase and a carry bag with him. He leaves with an additional big green bag. Lots of pressies that he was given? It was his birthday, after all. And souvenirs picked up in Korea?
And now off to Toronto, presumably. I can’t wait to hear from the premiere of My Zoe. Fingers crossed that there is a Q&A or a bit of a press junket so we hear more of him.

ah i’m just gently ribbing. I wonder if he stayed purely in Seoul, i read out his last tweet to my OH and he commented that Seoul is a very different thing to the rest of S.Korea.

Interesting. That would be a question someone should ask him. (Mind you, I would imagine he only stayed in Seoul. He would have been busy filming most of the time, so I can’t imagine he had time to go off the beaten track?)

He must’ve “acquired” a lot of new stuff: Birthday presents, farewell gifts, costume parts, bestowed props, souvenirs….. An extra piece of lagguage to schlepp. 😊 (Now one wonders again, where is home???)

He does look good. However, this Hunter is a professional, not a fan and some of the previous photos he released in their cleaned up version were definitely post-produced.

H, well, no filter, that is true, but I think he also looks so smooth because these are pictures off the back of the camera – hence they are pixellated.
BTW, this “Hunter” guy doesn’t look like a fan to me. The website has lots of celeb pictures, and they look pretty good. The ones of RA on arrival were definitely photoshopped btw.

I was thinking more of fan candids in general, but I’m sure I’ve been seeing eye crinkles in many of these Korea airport photos. Cleaned up versions? I’ll have to go back and take another look at the arrival ones. I’m a little saddened that a fan feels they need to photoshop their photos of him – lighting, sharpness, I totally get, but please, don’t brush out his lovely lines! 🙁

I don’t think “Hunter” is a fan as such, Mezz. Have you looked at his/her website? Lots of celebs there. And the level of editing to me looks like a bit more than what a fan would do. Mind you, maybe Hunter is *both* a fan and a pro?

He does look incredibly young in the photos, circa Lucas even. I actually prefer the cap to the floppy hair but anyway he is just looking gorgeous and healthy and filled-out.
