[Insert Profanity of Your Choice] Me – Here’s One of the New Pics

We’ve got official confirmation that the yummy romantic hero hairdo is back. And that there was no porn ‘stache to hide.

Just to make sure:

Um. Who says I don’t like beardy blokes?

If that is only the “test shot”, I am already blown away. Gorgeous. The desaturation *almost* to the point of b/w looks brilliant. And I am sniggering about the hashtag. Hey, Rich, dien’t you call yourself a ‘moody actor’? Well, I’ll take moody. It looks great on you.

But I just can’t get over the hair… 😍

And I am intrigued about the “icons” photo project. I take it it has to do with Thorin… Bring it on. Hope that Mr Gotts will share some more pictures, soon.

    • Ich sage dir. Ich mein, vielleicht ist das ja noch ein letzter Höhepunkt vor dem Astrov-Schnurrbart, aber ist egal – dieses Bild, dieser Look wird uns über die ersten vier Monate des Jahres 2020 hinweghelfen.

      • Pst, erwähn das böse Sch-Wort bloß nicht…
        Er sieht auf diesem Bild einfach so verdammt männlich aus. Die (Nicht-)Farbe, der Bart, die Pose… Und von wegen moody, ich finde, er sieht eher aus, als wäre er tief in Gedanken versunken, fast schon philosophisch. Aber egal, ob launisch oder sinnierend – auf jeden Fall unverschämt sexy.

          Verdammt männlich. Das ist genau der Punkt. Moody – finde ich auch wie du. Er konzentriert sich halt. Aber wow, ein denkender Mann – hat mehr Erotik als ein Hemd offen bis zum Anschlag.

          • In diesem Fall ist weniger tatsächlich mehr. Eigentlich erstaunlich, wie wenig es braucht, um mich völlig zu überwältigen. Faszinierend, maskulin, atemberaubend, perfekt…

            • Die Adjektive sind spot-on. Ich komme – auch drei Tage später – nicht über das Foto weg. Dabei habe ich es mir die letzten Tage gar nicht nochmal angeguckt. Aber es ist mir absolut klar im Gedächtnis. Einfach umwerfend attraktiv.

              • Jou, ich hab das Foto auch im Gedächtnis eingebrannt. Hab´s trotzdem jeden Tag angeschaut. Nur jetzt im Büro sollte ich es mir besser nicht ansehen. Dann komm ich nicht mehr zum Arbeiten. Was soll´s… einmal mehr kann nicht schaden… *deadfangirlemoji* Verdammt, ich hasse dieses Bild!
                Wenn das nur ein Test war, denke ich lieber gar nicht drüber nach, was das “richtige” Shooting auslösen könnte…

                • Ich bin auch schon schwer gespannt, was der Gotts da beim Shoot dann wirklich machen wird. Ich hoffe, dass es nun nicht so eine hyper-realistische Sache wird, wo jede einzelne Falte bis ins Letzte ausgeleuchtet wird. Aber ein bisschen so herb-männlicher Charme wäre hier willkommen.

                  • In dem Fall hätte Richies Bügelfilter aber ganz schön was zu tun 😂.
                    An den Falten, die man auf diesem Foto sehen kann, gibts jedenfalls nichts auszusetzen.
                    Hab mir ja einige Fotos von Gotts angeschaut. Die meisten gefallen mir, aber einzelne sind wohl tatsächlich eher künstlerisch wertvoll. Und bei den Frauen scheint er durchaus auch mal etwas zu bearbeiten.

                    • Die Damen behandelt er alle sehr freundlich. Das ist aber auch so üblich. (Weiß noch wie unser Prof uns im Studium eingebleut hat – Seitenlicht gibt es nur bei Männern. Frauen immer von vorne-oben. Und mit Softbox.)

          • Also nur um das klar zu stellen, falls er in Zukunft mal wieder mit offenem Hemd auftauchen würde, würde ich auch nicht schreiend weglaufen 😉😂.

  9. In my head a lusty profanity – actually vocalized however, I could only manage a squeaky sigh lol 😂 I don’t even mind the shrubbery -just please (and I swear by everything that is holy) …I need him to keep these luscious locks for ….fan-girl reasons 😍

    • Yep, I think I said the same word – under my breath, because hubby was in the room at the time 😂. And I agree on the locks – the longer hair makes him look absolutely gorgeous. Much more dramatic. True romantic lead.

  10. Oh my…..lucky I’m sitting down, this is one of those times where he literally takes my breath away, it’s exquisite. I’m so impatient now for the Gott photoshoot. His beard can come and go, but that hair has to stay! #teamromanticherohairdo

    • Well, apparently this really was just a one-off test shot. Gotts said in his IG post (same picture) that the shoot is in November. So we need to be patient for a bit…

  12. If this is just a test picture I’m not sure I can handle the rest. Absolutely stunning! I saw this pic in the middle of the night and it took some time for me to go back to sleep…
